2PPE & site safety

Entry is not permitted without correct PPE. Hi-vis and safety footwear must be worn in warehouse and yard areas.

I have serviceable hi-vis clothing and steel-cap safety footwear.

I understand forklifts, trucks and vehicles operate onsite. I will give way to forklifts and never walk behind moving plant.

I will obey the 5 km/h site speed limit and wear a seatbelt in vehicles and forklifts.

I will not operate a forklift unless authorised by the office and my current forklift certificate has been sighted.

I will immediately report any accident, injury, damage, contamination concern or near miss to the office.

I will follow site directions, designated pedestrian areas, no-smoking rules and any food-safety or hygiene instructions.
